SAN RAFAEL – Every Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. a Bilingual Counselor is available to discuss Spanish Services (Servicios en Español) in the Career Resource Center on the 2nd Floor. ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING available by Appointment Only. Call 415-473-3300.

- Unemployment application assistance

- Career training information

- ESL (English as a second language) class referrals
